Obviously, there's plenty of variables involved in how well one consistently pulls hot A$$.
On the one extreme, if you stop fapping completely, stop looking at porn or even girls, even stop having sex, your body will stop producing sperm, and make a lot less testosterone. Then you'll be content to sit in the woods and watch birds sing.
On the other hand, if every time you see a hottie at you you run home and fap until you can't move, you won't get much play either.
Sure, a happy medium would be to look at porn every day, and promise yourself you can only ejaculate by the hand/mouth/vajayjay of a woman, but most guys don't have that much willpower.
You could trick yourself into improving your game, however. look at some porn, get all worked up, and then promise yourself you won't fap unless you number close ten girls or something.
When that gets easy, then kiss close somebody, or whatever.
Lots of emotions / hormones / feelings surround the whole fapping issue.
Plenty of ways to use them for your advantage.
I even read a strategy where you use fapping to "manifest your goals." You create a goal, make a very specific visualization for it, and then think of that specific visualization whenever you ejaculate, either by yourself or somebody else.
Even Napoleon Hill talks about the dangers of over-fapping.
It's a powerful force, might as well leverage it to get what you want, rather than wasting it on porn.
