All I have to do is put my mind to this, with consistent diet and exercise. My goal is to lose 1 lb per week until I reach 10 % body fat, as suggested by guru. Once I lose enough weight, I will pack on pure muscle.

I've really been holding myself accountable thanks to the free app called, LoseIt! I've been tracking my calories and although it may not be 100% accurate, I am on the right path. I'm weighing myself often.

I would suggest using MyFitnessPal instead to track calories.
