    @ WA, Milk also has that natural whey in it as well. @ Original Poster, Dude go ahead and pound down FAT FREE milk post workout all you want. I've been downing down at least 2 cups of fat free milk after every workout for the past two years w/o an issue.

    I wouldn't workout hardcore at your age. I'd stick to simple push-ups,sit-ups,pull-ups in your house & jogging outside. Focus on those for awhile until your comfortable then I'd start to hit the gym.
