Sup. i been having a dry face for a long time now. After i take a shower, or when it cold outside, my face gets dry and it starts to flake. Just wondering if there is anything i can eat/drink to help me with this dry face. It gets annoying putting cream on my face then having my face oily through out the whole damn day.

My skin was drying out seriously this past winter. The thing that helped me the most was not staying in the shower for too long. Just get the washing done and get out, and turn the water a little cooler. It helped me.

You could find a lotion that you like better. I like simple wal-mart unscented stuff. The "manly" face lotions all seem to be crap, at least the cheap ones.

An overall healthy diet will help. Avoid fast food, refined sugar, and hydrogenated fats like in doughnuts and fried foods. If you are picking out food at a grocery store, a good rule of thumb is that if it is brightly colored it is good stuff. Fruit, vegetables, black/red beans, and whole grains are all good for you. Generally speaking, if it is white, then it is bad for you, like white sugar, rice, and flour.
