“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I got no clue about where I should go from now. Is there's any threads for beginners.

At least for now I got some goals

-The lower part of my body is to big(my whole body but my lower part got my self-confidence about myself a way down for years.)
-Want to be in a good health
-Be muscular but not to beef

Where are you at now (weight wise) and where do you want to be? You need to either bulk or cut. Sounds to me like you want to cut. Getting your diet in order should really be your first step, once that falls into place you can worry more about your workout.

I would go with a basic 3 day split for workout and 2-3 days of cardio.

My weight is 211 lbs (6'2) and I guess i want to cut.

Yes, there are dozens if not hundreds of threads in this very forum that will answer your questions in great detail... I think it's great you've taken the first step by getting a membership to the gym, but don't think that you should stop being lazy only in real life - get off your butt and start searching through this (and other) forum(s)!

When you've searched through them and digested all of the information let me know and I'll unlock the thread if you still have the same question (I won't hold my breath).
