“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I am interested to know if anyone has experiences with how their faces changed after losing weight or working out.

The reason I'm asking is that my eyelids are puffy/fatty, one more than the other (though you cannot tell it from my profile pic at all).

Also, my cheeks (jowels) hang down a bit.

I did at one point lose weight and put on decent muscle but i don't really have any pics from that point in my life, so I can't compare how I am now to how I was then.

Right now I'm about 154 lbs at 5'6, haven't worked out consistently in over 5 months. A bit of a gut.

Anybody have personal experiences, before/afters (of the face), or articles that talk about this?

Also, how much can harmones such as testosterone affect facial structure from working out? In what ways?

Thanks.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

well, it's not really possible to change the bone structure of your face. the only significant factors dictating how your face appears is the amount of skin on it, and the amount of subcutaneous fat beneath that skin.

hydration also plays a role, how much water are you drinking?

Here's the best example I have on hand of a before/after photo of weight loss, mostly emphasizing the face: http://forum.myspace.com/index.cfm?...ead&entryID=859417&adTopicID=17&categoryID=50

Steroids tend to make your jaw more defined & masculine. But this is also determined by bodyfat. Luckily one of (if not the first) place you lose fat is from your face, but I have no idea about your eyelids. You lose fat from everywhere, not one spot in particular. But some parts may be more stubborn than others.

Wow, those transformations were DRASTIC. I'm only slightly chubby right now. Not massively obese like those dudes. But it still shows up in my face and I'm pretty sure my features will be more defined with less fat on my face. So it can't hurt anyhow.

It's encouraging to hear that the face is one of the first places to lose fat.

Time to hit up the gym. :trouble:
