“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

im kinda new at eating healthy and stuff, but after much research, I have come up with this plan for losing fat without losing too much muscle with the help of some websites and books and crap. however as i said i am new so maybe some more experienced people could throw a few pointers my way :cheer: my exercise is taken care of, but i am not 100% confident in my diet yet, so please let me know what you think:

meal #1
- potatoe (8 oz)
- 6 egg whites
- half a grapefruit

meal #2
- 6 egg whites
- 1 whole egg

meal #3
- chicken breast (4 oz)
- broccoli
- yams (5 oz)

meal #4
- extra lean sirloin beef (5 oz) or extra lean ground beef
- asparagus

meal #5
- salmon (5 oz) or shrimp
- green beans (6 oz)

meal #6
- tuna (water packed, 6 oz)
- salad ( 2 cups)
- italian dressing (3 tbsp)

I'm thinking about replacing one of the first two meals with a protein bar. good idea?

I'm trying to get my carbs out of the way early in the day

as it stands right now, what i have come up with now should give me between 2000-2200 calories a day

one of the things i looked to for info was that Burn The Fat, Keep The Muscle ebook which seems pretty on-point. that's where I got most of my info and plan from.

let me have it :)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

The only issue I could forsee is you getting tired of those same six meals.

Here's a tip that may be of use for you:
Go to the store (Walmart, or the grocery store) and get a bunch of those Gladware meal containers, and of course a food scale if you don't have one.
Bulk cook a bunch of food, measure, put the meals in the meal containers, label them by time, and throw them in the freezer.
Then, every night, take out your next day's meals and toss them in the fridge to defrost.
Then when it's time to eat, you can just nuke your meal and eat it, instead of having to cook it every day.
It's like I used to tell a buddy of mine when cooking steak: It takes just as long to cook one steak as it does to cook five!

Also, the problem with most protein bars is sugar. I've seen some with as much as 30g of sugar in them. Definitely not a healthy choice.
Also, the biological availability of these protein bars is most definitely going to be less than the foods you're proposing that you eat.

On meal #4, you may also be able to get away with a top round steak, they're pretty lean.

Good luck chief, it seems like you're on a good track!
I formulated a exercise / nutritional plan from BFFM and I've already cut 8lbs, 1%BF, eating a lot of the same foods you are.

I personally don't like low calorie moderate-high carb diets but they might work for you. don't see much fat in the diet to speak of, and protein is low (my opinion, maybe disagree).

depending on your weight 2000-2200 calories may be too low as well.

what's in the dressing? 3 tablespoons before bed could be dangerous.
