I want to gain 5-10 lbs of Muscle in 2 Weeks!

I am on spring break, so I'll have pretty much the whole two weeks available to reach my goal.

I am 6'1" and 165 lbs.

I want to get a more powerful, stronger, and faster body.

I want to have powerful muslces, an explosive acceleration (running), lightning quick movements, and a fast top speed (running).


How can I achieve my goal?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

By planning ahead and with the goal of getting on a real training program which is a lifestyle and not a two week crash course.

Search the forum by posts by Diesel. He has posted both a cutting a bulking guide, both of which are really good.

maybe 3 pounds. I would say 3-5 might be possible if you had quite a few more pounds on top of your current weight. Realistically you will put on 1-3 pounds of lean mass in this period given your current weight

Plan out a freaky diet where your eating constantly. Use shock routines on your muscles, and be ultra lazy.

1.5lbs of muscle per week is the most you can hope for, and that is under optimal conditions.

Nah it's not impossible... but you would have to be one of three things.
a) unaturally skinny
b) a genetic freak
c) on steroids
Take me. This past wrestling season I was a skinny little bastard. 143 lbs. I had been worken out to keep my weight down. I started eating and working out the day after wrestling season was over... about 2 and a half weeks later i was roughly 155. I leveled off at about 152 lbs. So it's possible. I'm took a break but I'm about to start back working out. the best advice i can give is this: eat **** eat lift eat again ( and hold your **** if you can:up: )

Even this is literally impossible.

Sure you can put on 1.5lb a week, but of pure muscle. It would be a mix of muscle/fat and excess water which happens alot when you 'bulk up'. You will start to puff up and think its muscle but really its just a layer of water.

To the original poster. If you seriously want to get in shape, you have to set realistic goals.

optimal conditions for 1.5 lbs of muscle per week would be training super heavy and super intense along with a super diet and the use of steroids, GH, and insulin

Well, I weighed myself just before working out today and apparently I gained 1.5 lbs of muslce. And that's just in about 3 days!

Ok ok... It's probably not ALL 1.5lbs of muslce, but it's a start.

However, I do look and feel stronger.
