I am 21 and brush my teeth twice a day however I consume a lot of coffee ( I got to school full time and work 45 hours a week, train in mixed martial arts 4 times a week and am at the gym often ) therefore my teeth are not as white as I would like them to be. I really cant afford to spend some insame amount of money on some fancy laser teeth cleaning. Any Ideas how I can get really white teeth.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Tea and green tea used to stain my teeth terribly, and I do mean very badly - I cut both out of my diet (I have tea rarely and use green tea extract pills), got my teeth cleaned at the dentist's very thoroughly and have been meticulous ever since.

You really have to drop the coffee to get real white teeth. Drinking it through a straw is an option (don't laugh).

I do the whole straw thing and it helps,

as far as white strips what do you suggest (brand??!?!?!)
