I want to see one of those 150 pounders do that to an offensive lineman or lineback like AL Wilson, he will get woke the fuke up in a hurry. :p Better yet how about we give Jerome Bettis the ball and see one of em tackle him, funny stuff man, really.

ahh...just proving that rugby is a more physical game.....with bigger guys, and no helmets or pads.....

2000lbs of force on the front row of the scrum.....

It's just a mans game. Lets face it.

14lb = 1 stone.

So thats a benchpress of 476lbs for Sheridan and a bodyweight of 252lbs.

You're a fool.

6 feet tall??? Thats TINY. Plus they wear padding = pvssies!

That first video showed some cool hits, but it's nothing you wouldn't see in a clip of Aussie rules hits (which I searched for but couldn't find online - seen some mad videos though).

For the record, I'm 6'3", 215lbs, and most Aussie rules players these days stand taller and heavier than me - by a lot. And they run over 20km per game.

150 pounds? Check yourself.

Oh, and edit:

I recently hung out with some of the Italian rugby team when they were out here in Oz. I looked like a midget among them. Most of them were approaching 7 feet tall, and were over 300 pounds. They're big boys, and they hit HARD. Without padding.

That's cool man, if you think they hit harder then thats fine. AL Wilson, John Lynch, Troy Polamolu, Roy Williams, Brain Urlacher those guys are machines. Oh and as far as the 300 pounders go you see those all the time their called OL men nothing special there. Oh and the hitting...its not always about power...its also about explosiveness :)

I do love this argument. I've watched a lot of Aussie Rules, and it's definitely a man's game. Rugby is too. But by their nature they're not nearly as violent. Let's get some major steroids in both of those sports before we can compare them to American football.

OMG that's the bad version the original had "breathe" by prodigy playing in the back ground and I'm telling you that song GOES SO WELL WITH IT. Try playing it.
