nope, and I dont think i will, had alot of things happen recently, but I rememeber valentines 05 was the reason i came to this site and started reading stuff. I have made gigantic improvements and have had some losses, but still havent found a LTR like i wanted.

im thinking of doing something rather normal. it's been a while since i let myself be afc.

so im just gonna take my girl out to the movies, then for a nice desert. nothing weird... just normal. i don't think one should overdo valentines.

Heh.. AFCed my last V-day, when I took a friend of a friend out that I didn't know to well. Talked 90(me)-10(her) to her, and was suddenly surprised when there never was a follow up date after that. Hah. nervousness then, but that seems gone now.

Hopefuly, this year will yield better results. If not it's another year of single awareness day! Yay!

I'll probably just go to the gym and tell random hot girls "Happy Valentines day" inbetween sets.

But seriously, it's just another day of the year to me. Nothing inherently special about it.

Agreed. When your single it's nothing really. Doesn't bother me.

So guys, anyone here going to do any cold approach this V day? I think this is the best day to make approaches.. since its easy to spot the "singles". Im thinking of doing it.. for the first time in my friggin life

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

When is valentine's day?

I probably won't celebrate it much. no GF at the current moment, although it is a good time to hit on girls.

I personally think that doing anything major on Valentines day is a complete waste of money!

Rose prices are astronomical, restaurants put on special menues that are ridiculously expensive, and you can never seem to find the right present.

From experience, trying to show your lady a "good" time on valentines day (present, dinner) is gonna set you back £250+.

I find that spending the evening indoors where you cook her a meal (even if it comes out crap, she will appreciate the effort), bottle of champagne, and some sexy underwear for her tends to do the trick. Present + dinner + champagne = less then £100.

+ having her in a comfortable environment is bound to lead to the bedroom, for sure!

Down here in Ecuador, I can get 25 roses for 1 american dollar. Pretty cheap and it does wonders.
