If I want the proper equipment for bodybuilding... what do I need?

15 lb DB
2 25 lb DB
30 lb DB

Weider 2250.



What else do I need for bodybuilding?

I'm thinking a bar, weights for bar, squat rack, bench.

Get a gym membership - that's the easiest and cheapest solution.

Or look into getting a power cage, olympic bar and free weights. But thats gonna cost $$$.

Serious bodybuilding? Or you just wanna get bigger muscles?

The Bowflex is an awesome machine, you get such a different burn, and you can work out fairly fast too. Though you really don't gain the strength you would with free weights.

Its a beautiful piece of machinery.
