What's a good way to lose weight/burn fat when I can't eat a small meal every 2 hrs?

Because I'm still undergoing training at my new job, which will last another 2 weeks, I'm currently not able to sneak away and eat a small meal or drink a protein shake every 2-3 hours throughout my work day. In such a case, what is the best thing I can do and/or eat to lose weight/burn fat in the meantime? I want to return to the gym and kick the fatburning process into gear this week.

Keeping your metabolism jacked is key to successful fat loss. Can't you just drink a shake in the toilet or something?

If it's just two weeks then forego your training 'til your schedule calms down ..

Try drinking a couple cups/glasses of green tea each day.Studies have proven that it boosts metabolism and increases fat loss. Drinking plenty of water is good too.

8-10 cups for the full effect, I believe a study said. The extract pills are a good alternative if you don't want to drink that much.

3-4 will be beneficial for sure.. but probably not to optimal effect.

I'm taking these dietary supplements i've been taking them in the mourning before i go to class and hit the gym and they boost my energy in the gym and i work -out harder...and i use my job to my advantage too i have to walk around alot so yea these tablets make you feel energetic and your body is saying "RUN JUMP DO SOMETHING NOW NOW NOW" it gets you up :)

yeah but i've been going through some things the last past week and i checked my weight today at the gym and luckily my weight is still the same so right now for the next 60 days i'm doing a high-intense non stop diet program in hopes of losing about 25 to 30 lbs. im on day 2 so yeah but all together if you want maximum weight loss hit the gym and just eat right...wait till you have some free time from training but i've learned my lesson!!

Seriously, I've done it before, and as long as you can chew down a protien bar or an apple real quick, you're golden.

Better yet, you could make a shake of some sort, and use during your "bathroom breaks."

oh, and I'm sure the green tea extract pills would be the way to go... strong enough, easy enough, and you wouldn't have to be making 10 cups of tea a day, while in the office... lol

Ditch the green tea and get the pills instead. Much easier.
