Because I'm still undergoing training at my new job, which will last another 2 weeks, I'm currently not able to sneak away and eat a small meal or drink a protein shake every 2-3 hours throughout my work day. In such a case, what is the best thing I can do and/or eat to lose weight/burn fat in the meantime? I want to return to the gym and kick the fatburning process into gear this week.
