Upfront. I am still working on my self confidence, so bare with me on this one. Last year, I was living in Texas and working for another company. I got to knowing this cute woman at work(Her name was Tracy). She was obviously interested in me because she would sometimes bring me homemade cookies , always come by my office to chat, things like that. I got her phone number, we went out a few times, but being the woose that I am, I never made any serious moves. Part of it was yes, I was timid to make the first move, but it was also the fact that I knew I was getting ready to move to Chicago and she was transfering to Houston, so I guess I nver put my heart & sole into it.
Before we each moved away, we exchanged our new phone numbers, email addresses and physical addresses. (I told her I had plans to move back to Texas within a year). So this wasnt like a full relationship yet, nor did we move apart on (what I thought was still friendly terms). We kept in contact for a couple of months then all of a sudden. she sends me an email pic with her (new boyfriend). So my question is what gives? Somehow, I should have zigged when I zagged. Would appreciate some constructive criticism so i dont make this mistake again.
