For some reason, every time YOU reply to a thread with advice (that is actually good)... and somebody actually says your advice is great... does it boost your confidence A LOT?

It does for me

I think everyone should say when somebody's advice is actually worth something, and not ignore it (if it's a reply to a person in need of help and not a thread giving advice).

okayeee...

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Lot's of pricks on here, don't know if they would take the time.

Plus some people think some advice is good, while others think it is bad.

Depends on your own personal methods.

But when I see good advice, I try to post in agreement. I personally like my advice the most.

In my opinion, a lot of the "advice" is either a rehash of something already said or just plain wrong. I won't lie to them, I'll ignore it and spare their delicate feelings. If it is actually a good tip though, I offer my support.
