I workout most of my upper body about 2-3 times a week. I usually wait at least two days or so for the muscles to rebuild. Should I wait more than that?

How long have you been lifting weights? When you just start you have the ability to recover quickly so what your doing right now is okay. Begginers gains rock, take advantage of them.Originally posted by Caldus
When I work out I work out just about every muscle every time. I'm only in there for a little over an hour. I take a 2 or 3 day break in between each time.

However, eventually you are going to have to start hitting the muscle group more intensely and less often to ensure you dont over train.
