“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Well, seeing that you are canoeing once a week, spacing out your workouts for every other day should not have you overtraining..just don't go overboard with it. Give the trained muscle group rest for at least 3 days.

No you won't be overtraining. In fact if you train like that, you won't be able to canoe properly in even 3 years from now.

This is what training looks like:
Two workouts daily, 3 hours a day
On average, you kayak 20-30 km daily
Run 5 km daily
And do some weightlifting after the workout

When the weather is bad, you play soccer/basketball or go to gym.

Sunday is off.

I understand your goals are different, but your kayak "training" is nothing. Knock yourself out in the gym.

I'd have to agree. Your kayak 'training' schedule does seem very weak. I would expect to see zero results from following this program - it makes me wonder at what level you're competing with a program like this?

Oh, and on a side note, kayaking and canoeing are two totally separate activities. One you do in a kayak, the other is done in a canoe.

Here's a little tip. I like kayaking, for recreation, and I enjoy it.

But when I did a lot of 'core' training for other stuff I'm more seriously into, I noticed my Kayaking endurance and strength came on leaps and bounds without any extra training.
