What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

It helps you put on size and make gains. Results differ between the person.

TIP: Get ones that are low in sodium, they make you look like your putting on size but they aren't really. It just promotes water retention. These are what we call 'fake' creatines. Micronized creatine by AST is a good option. If you wanted water retention, just get a tub of salt instead.

You can feel the diffreence... I especially notice the difference on the heavy lifts such as deadlifts and squats. The week after I've gone on creatine the weight come up more eaisyl and I can press out one or two more reps. And that's actually alot.

when do you guy's take it?
i have read after workout's and in the morning on non training days. is that correct?

It's correct, I try to take it after workout session together with fast carbs.
