Hey all, unfortunately the local store which I get my protein in is having a stock take day today which means I missed out on getting whey for today at least.
I think that if I workout without a post workout shake (or two!) it will do me more harm than good (ive no backup for this, just a guess really!).
I feel really bad thinking that Im gonna miss todays workout (WED: BICEP/BACK DAY) so maybe ill move my bicep back day to friday (usually leg day) as my legs are quite a bit bigger in ratio to the rest of my body! What do you guys think?
Also, I havent taken a week off workoing out for approx. 4 months now.
So, would it be ok to miss todays workout, or just workout without a shake after?
PS - I also dont have much protein rich food stocked up in the fridge today so thats another reason i may miss this workout...
