As we all know, shy, passive, meek and humble guys do not turn on the ladies. We also know, it is the mans job to initiate everything...first convo, approach, numbers and date set ups. If a man fails to initiate he will get no pu**y regardless if he is tall, handsome, wealthy, smart..etc.

The way I see it, by experience and what I have read...the man must make the first move..but women usually let a guy know ...mostly non-verbally or verbally when she is interested in return. For example, if There is a cute girl at work, school, at a bar etc...mahon will test the waters first...he will see what the girls reaction is to him,,,,does she ask him questions, smile when she sees him, flirt? If this happens when I test the waters or if a girl seems interested in getting to know me better...I go in for the kill.

Now, if a girl I think is cute seems to avoid eye contact, only says hi back out of politeness or gives me one word responses to my open end or closed ended questions...I assume she is not interested and DO NOT make a move even if I like her.

I guess my point is, have any of you DJ's had what you percieved to be negative vibes from a chick....with you actually asking her out and finding out she had HIGH IL to begin with.

My strategy is. I flirt...test the waters...see what her reaction is to me (this will be tested a few times to get my conclusion) and then either make or not make my move.

I want to hear what some others have done and what the outcomes were.

yep...thats the smart way to go. my strategy is to only be around interested women, if shes not interested, drop her and approach some more.

Not any that I know of.

I have a very good sense of a gal's IL, and qualify women very strictly these days.

I also flirt, elicit signals, and respond according to the reaction I get.

my strategy is to get as many girls in the pipeline as possible, and then keep recruiting...most will flake some won't - no one girl in the pipeline is more important than the others

Thats my tactic if I don't know the girl well, or if I'm working in a limited time frame. If I have more time, I don't necessarily eject if the girl acts shy. Some girls act shyer than they would if I was JUST a stranger - my ex was like this. She constantly avoided eye contact, looked away - barely said anything to me, she was really shy because she was so into me

So sometimes it pays to stay in the girls space for a little while (without acting like a stalker) and give her the chance to get used to you.
