Key word .. LIKE .. she knows and he knows he doesnt do that many. Just means he does alot. No need to get all wokred up about a lie like that.

But yes, good technique. I use it all the time. Girls want it just as bas as us, you just gotta make it so they are comfortable with talking to you about it.
