Hey guys,
I started lifting a few weeks ago and have gained SOME strength but almost no body weight. I have decided to get into it a bit more and i'll be starting a weightlifting journal soon.
I feel confident in terms of my routine (skinnyguy) but im not sure about my diet (and supplements) as i have heard how important a good diet is. What sort of foods should i be eating lots of? And which supplements like creatine/whey should i buy?
