Creatine and Glutamine

I read somewhere on bodybuilding.com that if you use creatine and glutamine you should use them at seperate times during the day (like one before workout and one after workout.) If this is true, which one should I take before the workout and which one should I take after?Also how much water should I drink a day if im using all these things. Gallon a day sufficient?

I don't have much experience with glutamine, although i get it with my protein shakes but Creatine be it mono or CEE should be taken before and after your workout.

Not to sure about glutamine, but if you are over 200 pounds take about 15 grams each day you work out, a gallon of water is plenty, and take it after you work out or split it up and take it before and after, if your are 150-200 take about 10 grams, and if you are less than 150 take about 5-7 grams, but I am talking about people working out for 90 minutes or around that much, if your doing 30 minutes or an hour than reduce the servings
