yeah well its been awhile. I need some help right now tho. I havent talked to my ex in a long time been doin pretty good about it, this gir ldoesnt deserve my forgiveness in a 100 years. But i feel this urge to email her, and ask her how its going, but i know i shouldnt.

Why shouldn't you? If you're over her, you could become real close friends with her and it wouldn't even phase you. But then exes are rarely that simple to handle. If you can't treat her as just another person that you know, you shouldn't be trying to communicate with her like just another person you know.
If what she did was so bad that you wouldn't forgive her in a thousand years, why in the world would you want to email her and ask her "how she's doing"??? This doesn't make sense. If it's just an urge, well, urges pass. Do something else to make yourself forget about her.
your right bro it doesnt make a whole lot of sense. But shes first girl i ever loved, and the emotions are lingering and lingering. And i almost have this urge to make her see the success ive been getting so far in my life in a sorta personal revenge almost..

if your personal growth and success has really become so big, then you are not in need to show it to anybody...
not to your ex, not to anybody...
that just would be bragging and bragging is something only losers do...
winners simply cut persons like her out of their lives and live their own wonderful lives...

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

DO NOT give in to that urge. It probably wouldn't even work in the first place. Second, if she sees right through you, and confronts you about contacting her only because you still have feelings for her and she starts pushing all those buttons of yours, you're most definitely gonna feel like a loser. Even if she doesn't push your buttons, it ain't worth it to act like a loser.
