“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Up until now I've always done my shoulder workout before my back workout on the same day.

But it seems everyone is recommending to do shoulders after chest so I gave it a go the other day.

I found it was so much more difficult and I couldn't lift anywhere near my normal amount!

Last week I was doing standing military press with 25kg easily but after 7 sets of flat and incline bench I could only barely manage 20kg.

After that I tried front dumbbell raises with 7kg each arm (normal 8kg) and I could barely lift my arm....i ended up struggling with a 6kg.

Is this a good thing? I rather push my shoulders to the limit rather than tiring them out during chest exercises. What are your experiences?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Do what you wanna do. Lots of people also recommend back/bis and chest/tris, but I've found I can't hit my arms as hard as I'd like if I do them after a complimentary muscle set. Experiment, do what you think will give you the best gains, and if it doesn't work, be open to trying someone else's idea.

Do it either on your chest day (after chest) or do it on a seperate day as spaced out from chest as possible. (i.e 3-4 days).

Both are push muscles so it makes sense to put some recovery time in between them.

I limit my shoulder training for that reason. Literally 3-4 sets on a weds along with deadlifts and then hit Chest on a Friday. My shoulders are quite strong and have normally recovered by then.

jiza: Yeah I go to Melbourne Uni gym. It's a bastard now that I'm not a student anymore...I have to pay the higher rate.

I'm there around 5-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursday, and whenever on Sundays
