Who will win the men's NCAA basketball championship?

Illinois or North Carolina?

I could care less, with Kentucky already out of it.

IL is a team of destiny
they've only lost once this year so if (when) they win the NC they'll have had the most wins of any team in NCAA history
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Phew, thank god i didn't lay a bet on this one. Really good game though, My boy bet on NC not only to beat the spread (Which was small) but had them winning by less then 8!!

20 dollar bet won him 370 (350 plus his 20 dollar wager back)

NC was just a bit better ... at least that night.

Funny that the Sagarin computer rankings had NC #1, just a bit ahead of Illinois. I think Duke or Louisville was #3. I think Mich State was better than Duke, at least at the end of the year.

After those crazy regional final games, it all seemed so anticlimactic.
