“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys

Well me and my roommate are having a competition to see who has better abs before the end of the school year. My plan is to diet and workout, but I want to really build some muscles on my abs. I think that doing weighted sit-ups an an incline bench would be better then doing a whole bunch of crunches or curls. Opinions?

Any other advice on ways to get better abs would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

No. Incline is definitely better. I've been "feeling it" more with the incline. It's a little harder to do oblique crunches on the incline, but i do weighted crunches on an incline. Seriously it's better. don't go back all the way tho. Go back so you're like floating where you would be WITHOUT an incline. Then go back up. do all this slowly.

Try leg raises attached to a cable machine 6-10 reps, increase weight when you hit 10. I've been doing them for a while and nowadays I can pretty much do how many ordinary leg raises as I please. I never get a burning from crunches.

Hey Lifeforce are those the ones where you sit there and lift your calves up so they're like at a 90 degree angle with your body? Or is this the one where you lie down?

Buy Pavel's abs ebook, and if you are tight or just hate Ruskies, download it from a P2P program.

Do that programme for a few weeks and women will look at you and go 'Core' :D

Update:

Ok, So last thursday I did some weighted situps (25lbs) then the next 2 days my abs hurt like hell, any movement would hurt f*cking bad. Well I rested a couple days, and i feel fine now and when I went today and tried to do them again, as soon as I got on the decline I felt the pain again, but only right above my groine in my lower abs. I was able to do one set but on the second set the pain was too much and i couldn't even get up.

Any advice?

1.) Allow another day or so for rest
or
2.) Decrease the decline
or
3.) Lower the weight
