Does anyone here jump rope?

I just started today, and was surprised to find out how thorough a workout it is. If you're not used to it, it's a pretty damn intense excercise.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I will vouche for jumping rope, it actually requires some coordination and is a lot of fun. Add it to your routine to spice things up.

Jumping rope, in my humble opinion, is one of the first HIIT exercises before anyone ever thought to name "HIIT." Anyone who has jumped rope knows that it can be a very intense exercise which is why boxers have used it forever to condition themselves.
