“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hi guys, I notice I kindda have a very rounded face, so much so it makes me look 'bloated'.

I'm not exactly fat though, infact I'm underweight.

So how do I go about giving my face a more lean and 'alpha' look?

Next up brows trimming, is it really neccessory and useful?

Thks

brows - i'd only get rid of the middle bit if i were you. i think trimming the rest of them makes you look like a metrosexual.

what's your bf% like? you got a belly?

if you're younger than 21 then it could just be baby fat on your face, which should disappear as you get closer to your 20s.

apart from that, look up the facial exercises thread on this site, e.g. jaw clenching and chin exercises. think there were also cheekbone exercises. doing them should give your face a more defined look.

and have a look at this
http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16856&highlight=haircut+round
suggests keeping the sides short and the top long and spiked.

whatever happens make sure you're constantly adding some lean muscle.

good luck man

Hi gav, thanks for responding.

middle bit? like trimming in my brows in the middle?

I'm underweight but yeah, not-so surprisingly, I do have a small tummy. I'm skinny because I don't eat enough, not because I'm fit.

I just searched and read through the facial exercises thread, what is exactly meant by jaw-clenching? Just putting your teeth together? I don't feel any muscle stretch by doing that.

Thanks for the thread on the hair too!
