I have realized it is somewhat hard to get motivated if you do not set goals (or deadlines) for yourself. For example, I want to get some p&ss& badly, but I have not had a date in over two months. In order for me to get girls I have to initiate contact and ask them out, even if that means leaving my comfort zone. If lets say, I set a goal to ask atleast one girl out a month, that would be a good motivation, don't you agree?NO GOALS=NO MOTIVATION

That goal isn't very good because it's too lenient. You need to talk to 2-4 girls a week and actually get to asking out at least 1 a week. Any less than that and you'll forget what happened when you analyze your mistakes after your rejections.

For me, I have found that goal-setting is very important for the process of overall personal improvement. But If you are an AFC, then the goals you set must be realistic, and taken one step at a time. Advising a complete AFC to do 4 apporaches a week or something like that, when cognitively and emotionally this AFC is a wreck, is no good. I think the best goals for a starter should be in eating habit, exercise habits, and Then social. They pretty much are consequent of eachother and became easier to achieve as one achieves the previous goal. I use to be a complete AFC, then I slowly started to set goals, and sticking to them- thankfully I was raised in a military type household which promoted discipline, so I have always had that...but it also wussified me in the long-run. Anyways, now im a recovering AFC and getting better all the time. This site has given me hope like nothing else. hope that helps a little.
