I have just recieved (found in the neighbors trash) this thing called a Bullworker. I looked it up and their website told me it was some muscle-building device. The site had the Governator holding one up, so it looks pretty cool. Have any of you tried this? The site didnt tell you how to use it and neither did the next three sites. Does it work and how have you used it? Please tell the exercises that go with it.
