Lately I have been feeling really lathargic. I have no idea why but it is really bringing me down. I don't know if it is because of lack of sleep, not eating enought or eating the wrong stuff, not getting enough exercise or just all the freaking polution in the freaking air.

Anyone have any ideas?

He can see you, take your BP, check your heart rate and ask lots of questions based on many years of training and experience.

Or

You could take advice from a 16 year old, girlfriendless teenager in his bedroom. I know what I'd do.

Are you sure you're not overtraining??

I'm only 14. The most training have been doing is a few pushups and situps!
