bench 6x61kg, 6x61kg <--my chest made a comeback
bentoverrows 7x49kg, 6x49kg
reversed biceps curls 11x22kg
weight 147lb's
I am impressed@my lifting gains, and the mass will fall into place.
but it pisses me off that i can't eat as much as i want/need because it feels like wanna puke BAH!! also i'm smoking 2-3/cigz per day, uhh.
