“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Has anyone invested in Matt Furey's Combat Conditioning stuff ?. If so I wanted your thoughts and feedback on his techniques, Cheers

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Hi English,

I've got it and do the royal court, but I'm convinced Hindu pushups have contributed, not help a mild rotor cuff problem.

I also know a few people who won't do the neck bridge because they had problems.

Also he's not exactly the pinnical of abdominal midsections is he?

I prefer the Ultimate Warrior Guide, that's well cool, have you got that?

Hey Alpine,

I heard so many different view points on the Hindu Squats. My instructor was also convinced that they are the best and simplest form of exercises to build endurance in the lower body.

I think everyone has somthing negative to say about everything but yeah I agree with you.

Thomas Kurz wrote a brief article on Hindu Squats but I feel Matt Furys stuff might be better as it goes into depth on the subject.

I am planning to invest in Matt's Combat Conditioning videos next month. I just wanted to justify that it is money worth spending.

No havent got the Ultimate Warrior Guide

Did u get my emails ?.

Cheers..

He may not be the pinnacle of the abdominal section or look like you want to look, but then again his book isn't titled "Hot to look hot and ripped." It's supposed to be FUNCTIONAL conditioning.

Hi err,

I don't think I've had one I haven't replied to.

I'd check out bear share (one word) first Matt's stuff was on there last time I looked, you really need broadband though if you download the vids.

Hindu squats are ok. I think the trick is build up slowly. I do about 50 in one go which is nothing, but I'm doing other stuff as well and deadlifting.

Had a go with a kettlebell yesterday, they are fun, but bloody knackering.

Check mail then.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

He may have been good in his day, but he's out of combat condition, no two ways about it. He's a fat bastard.

Having said that, some of the best brains of the Bodybuilding world were never body builders- Arthur Jones being a good example. So I don't feel it devalues the quality of the teachings.
