Can you create your country?

Can you get a country that has some kind of... validity... official-ness?

I was thinking that maybe I could request my country to give me a Island. And then proceed to do something to get recognition as a country.. maybe start by getting my own country to recognize my independence maybe?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

That's a good idea! I have my own country. As soon as your country is legal I can invade it claim it to be mine. I'll simply annex your country.

Yeah creating your own country would be fun but the only problems i think you would have would be having the country you are in recognising it. But it would have a few problems and national security wouldn't be very good as anyone could invade it pretty easily. Yeah i would call it ozyland.
