Whatcha think is the desired overall length (in time) for sex to last?

Don't just think "longer time is better." Why? I was with this one girl at school and ended it hittin' it for over three hours (consecutively). I was pretty drunk so the whisky-d!ck effect needs to be taken into consideration, but I kid you not. Three hours to me is too damn long - I'm not in that good of shape. Also, about an hour and a half into it I had pretty much exhausted my knowledge of positions so improvisation took a few interesting turns.

When all was said and done, she eneded up getting in trouble with her R.A. the next day because she recieved noise complaints from her neighbors from 2:00-5:00 AM and I felt bad (but not really that bad )

So, whatcha guys think?

Normally I'll do it for about 1.5-2 hours (with breaks) but I think that's too long so I try to go for around an hour.

Also, if I have sex too much my penis gets sore.

~40 minutes on average here.

from my experiences with my girlfriend, 20-40 minutes of sex was probably best..
