“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Cloud-Uk, Mr. Debonaire, jonny football hero, AlexTheGreat and myself all expressed disappointment in our relapses, we committed to improving ourselves, stayed with it for a couple of weeks and then dropped off the radar.

This post has been created in regards to several posts expressing regret and dissapointment that people have relapsed, not necessarily into their old AFC ways, but into a state of topor, where they're not getting as much as they should do, and not enjoying life as much as they should do.

Cloud-Uk: you started this off, here are your goals, how far are you towards them?

1) Put one 1 stone (making me 10 stone heavy)
2) **** a hot girl (something I havent done in a while)
3) Get driving
4) Keep the work up to scratch

jonny football hero: here are your goals.

1) Shag this lass, lets call her "dazzle", because she's so into me it's not funny. That sounds a simple one, have you done it?
2)Put my arse in gear with homework. Especailly history. (i need that, i have an exam 2morro )
3)bulk to 10 stone.

Alex:

1)Get with this girl I'm interested in ...
2)become more outgoing / funny with everyone, not just a few crews I hang out with
3)build up, get more shape
4)start working to get good grades once again ....
Are you any closer to these goals?

Mr. Debonaire, you

Pull up the damn grades
- shag this lady that is interested in me, then get with
blondie1, brunettes 1 2 or 3.
- better shape (not bad now but could be better)

Myself:

1) Finally get into a proper LTR with one of Five girls who are into me: Blonde1, Blonde2, Blonde2s m8, Brunette1, Black1
: happened until i bailed

Do all my work in a calm, measured fashion, no longer rushed, but prepared, planned and written at home.
improving on it, includign tonight

Up my level of cardio fitness. Along with upping it, mayb drop down to 13 stone in weight.
happening, although doing slightly too much sport at the moment, including getting back home at 9:30 the other night after a tournament on a school night

Tone down my level of outspokeness until i am not too disrespectful.
starting on it tommorrow

Lets Keep this going

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

JSH you legend- cheers for keeping at it and bringing this back up.

Havent been slacking though!

1)Succeeded I'm 10 stone, and I'm sick of potatoes.
2) No luck, I have deep problems with my technique that is stopping me getting the girls I want. Mostly due to being too outspoken and treating all girls like they are very confident.
3) Failed the driving test.
4) Succeeded Work is all going fine, and I'm able to work to a good standard without killing myself now.

In light of the above, I'm now:

Alex's Goals No.2!

1) Pack it up to 11 stone.
2) Make a noticable change in my attitudes and actions towards other people
3) Get AAB at A level.

- In explanation, focusing on driving cuts into my time for work, so it's not a goal I want to concentrate on. More weight would be fun, but if I don't get to 11 I won't be crushed. I will be if I don't sort out my attitudes: I tend to think that all girls are playing games and have serious ***** issues, just because they're hot. I blame you guys for that:). I just don't know that many *****es and the ones I do I find annoying. I need to be a hell of a lot nicer in short. A hell of a lot more trusting.

As for the school work, AAB (not including art) is the offer I'm expecting from most places. If I don't get it I'll be so angry at myself. I can do it, and I'm on course, and I will be so drunk after I get that result. Got an Oxford interview a week on sunday, not being negative but I don't expect to get in, but we'll see.

Just one bit of advice for everyone, I never realised the effect of going to sleep early and getting up early. Makeing sure you get a lot of sleep is so much more preferable than sitting about and watching tv or whatever for an extra hour.

Anyway, I'm still going, and going strong. JSH it's good to hear you're still going. Good luck with the outspokenness- it's difficult to tone yourself down at first, because it's ****ing difficult to remember what you are trying to achieve. Thanks again for reminding me to re-think my goals and keep going. I hope everyone else is still out there.

:( honestly guys, i haven't done anything i set out to do.

I have been trying to pull my marks up and have been succeeding, but i found out that all i've been working for has been pointless. Its really been bringing me down. I understand that perspective on life is what matters, but i just can't pick myself up outta the hole i've been in. I'm not even interested in trying to get chicks anymore, i've just let it slide to the point where i could care less.

Some good news needs to come my way soon

That's how I felt last week. I was willing to pack it all in because I wasn't getting anywhere. That's that stupid thing about making an effort- it can make you feel worse than when you were just bumming along. **** it man, pick yourself and dust yourself off. The measure of you as a person isn't whether you're good with girls, whether you're smart, popular, kind, smart- it's how you act. You have put in the effort and got shot down, now you have to do what most can't manage- taking it and pushing harder.

There is no good news coming if you don't make it.

*sigh* bad news guys.

Number 2 completed. 1 and 3 failed.
Jonny- if you've pulled your finger out work wise you have managed the most important thing. Think about it- in 10 years what is going to matter? That you ****ed some girl, that you weighed 1 stone more? Or that you got the grades you deserved and were able to get out of school with a lot of options about what to do next?:)

As for the weight gain, you sound like you are a simmilar build to me- I'm 5'7'', now 9st 11. That stone can be put on pretty sharp if you really go for it. I suggest you do- it's nice to accomplish something that comes out in figures once in a while. Would you like me to PM you with what I did? Might help.

Hmmmm...I'm still finding the girls a bit tricky though... screw it I'll write it up in my journal.

Oh yeah JSH I've got offers from exeter and york- AAB on each. thing is exeter isn't accepting art, which I'm getting an A in, which means I have to put in some proper effort to get AAB for my other three A levels. Phew... go for that AAA man, best of luck with the resits.

well, I'm currently working on #1 .... got two girls I'm interested in (yep, I added one ;)), and I'll set up dates this weekend ... I already asked them what they were doing during the weekend, and they are both ready to get my call of confirmation lol.

2 -- I just got a job, and I'm starting to make new friends there : and starting with the ****y&Funny already, I'm making progress. Also, at school, I started moving around, talking to more people, and just being overall more funny and creative. (also, because of this, the girl that was added to #1 is getting interested ;)). So, I'm making good progress on this side ! :D

3 -- Success. I'm going to the gym regularly now, and I can definitely see an improvement (especially after pushing the freaking Passat from the sidewalk to inside the garage ... 1.2 tons is kindda heavy to push ;) lol)

4 -- I've been slacking a bit in this department, but I'm still doing good in most of my stuff. There is improvement though, as I'm starting to study right now for a test for next week (chemistry is my worst matter now, so I'm taking steps to clean up the mess :))

Thanks JSH for bringing this thread up. I almost forgot about it, but it feels good to see what you wrote a month ago, and see where you're at afterwards ... I honestly completely forgot about my goals, even though I was doing most of them unconsciously ... Hehehe, it's good to see the progress though. :)

Lets bring this old thing up again

Well a New Year, 2005 and a new term has started, for me anyway (on Wednesday) and im already knackered.

Myself

1) Still not in an LTR, probably due to lack of interest on my half. I think this is something im scrapping, i dont want an LTR anymore, i wanna get laid. I know i have a guaranteed lay but im scared of using her, no thats not right, id feel guilty about using her. Someone else. NEW GOAL: GET LAID

2) Work; well tonight is the exception, iv actually been doing it otherwise, so far, so good.

3) Not Happening, Excuses: i had revision and was being slightly lazy. Getting back to school and training should help. I dont actually know whether i reached my target, but i still dont think im CV fit enough yet. For prolonged rowing anyway.

4) Im actually quite polite now.

AND I WANT TO ADD ONE
5) stop dissapointing people - this is going to be a hard one to meet. Primarily in this i want to make my oxford offer, even though im not sure i want to go there, as then it is my choice. And everyone has assumed im going there.

So how are you all getting along

I'm still hovering at just under 10 stone, which is a bit crap. My attitudes to other people have increased no end, so that is great- and I'm on course with my A-levels, so that is all good.

Seriously though I need to put on weight. That is my big thing at the moment. I've just had to go to the doctors to get my stomach sorted out, but this weekend I'm going to sit down and sort out my diet. Work- great. Still need to get ****ing laid though. Just nothing happening with the girls at the moment.

****ED off about that.

Well, even the best laid plans fall apart, first hockey match of the season gives me a two week minimum hiatus from competitive sport. I pulled "at least two of the " three ligaments in my ankle.
