yeh, that's when my younger bro did it. he dropped from 12.5 stones to 10.5. most of his fat's gone now

It's a sexy name I thought of doing the same thing, fatsex, yea cutting is safe your just cutting back on cals, and or cardio.

i wouldn't recommend cutting too much on calories at 16 unless you are too fat. i would rather do sports and eat healthy.
you are still growin up, you need your nutrition

bf at 13%? **** cutting start bulking or maybe wait till youre a bit older if ure scared that itll stun your growth..but I started working out (= bulking) too at that age and Im 6'3 now..maybe its even helped me become that tall because I was drinking mad amounts of milk lol (I dont really know whether/how big of a role nutrition / weight lifting plays when it comes to growing tall. So better get some proper information like on the net / from a doctor or whateva).

But anyways before I started cuttin I had like 13% bf too and thought I had too much bodyfat and my abs didnt really look "hard" or good to me. But anyways after bulking up and getting more muscular and stuff (and remaining at around 13% of bodyfat which means I actually have some more lbs of bodyfat) Im REALLY satisfied with my body and chicks love it ;-)
If your muscles get bigger the little bit (and 13% is definetly little) of flab you have will definetly look less.

I really wouldnt worry about going under 13% of bodyfat before youve gained some muscle...besides with more muscles on your body youll have a way easier time cutting down later on.
