“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Just started lifting little more then a month ago. Man, I have definitely seen some great results by following some of the advice on here.

Got a question though. When it comes to working the abs how should I go about it. I'm a skinny guy and need to put a lot of food in my system everyday to grow. Currently I'm eating usually 5 good meals a day and everything is going well.

I would go ahead and start working on them, but I don't want to burn a bunch of calories which I NEED.

Also, pry waste of a question, but I love running. My area is a great place to run in. I'm not talking any long distances. Maybe a mile a day tops.. no more and maybe less. Running still is something I should stay away from unless I want to up my calorie intake right?

Thank ya much

a) If you want to run a little bit, be aware that you'll have to eat more to compensate for it. Precede running by some simple sugars, a banana or such, and follow it with some more carbs and a bit of protein. Perhaps you can use it to make yourself more hungry, but don't go overboard on running.

b) Work your abs like any other part of the body.

Decline crunches heavy, 8-10 reps
Side raises, heavy, 8-10 reps
leg lifts, maybe hang a dumbell between your feet ;)

2 sets of each of those are a good starting point for an ab workout.

good advice semag.

abs, like every other muscle.

Spot On.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
