Testosterone levels

I always hear people say that masturbating "releases" testosterone. But what does that mean? Is it increasing or decreasing the amount of testosterone? I want more testosterone in my body because, as we all know, it helps greatly in lifting.

However, at the same time, I do have a bit of acne & I know testosterone triggers many of the causes of acne. So I don't want to go totally overboard with it. I'm curious in finding a good balance. I lift 4 days/week at a gym with a personal trainer.

When you dont jack off, you maintain test levels until about a week into it, where they will jump up to about 150% what they were. I will try to find the article I read this in.

I didn't say that.

If you lift weights, and have a healthy attitude you wont need to go a week without getting any to have high test levels.

If, however, you are weak minded and need that extra 'oomph' to get your ass in gear and to get the confidence you need, not jacking off for a week could very well help you.

Gunwitch mentioned somethere where when you jack off, you train yourself that you dont need to get *****, you just need your hand. When you take away jacking off, you become much more motivated to find other ways to 'release' :p

No one ever said that you need super high levels anyways. If I had to go getting some only once a week to have high levels, I would take the lower test levels to getting more puzzy.

Working with weights makes me even more horny than normal.

I don't think there's anything wrong with pulling off or having sex everyday. I've been doing it 25 years, although I do wear glasses now.

A lot of eastern beliefs say your sperm is your energy and hold on to it. This is where tantric sex comes in to it. But I think, do it whenever you feel like it and no more. And keep taking the pumkin seeds.

Yeah, same with me. I used to masturbate every night before bed but I recently stopped for about 5 days or so. I think I'll keep it at 2-3 days per week now.
