What were your gains this summer?

So, school officially started for me today, I think it would be interesting to see everyones totals for their summertime workouts.

My personally,

Bench: Went up 16% on my weight, to 175 (This isnt my max)
Dumbell bench: Up 45% (WOW) to 55 lbs in each hand.

I have only been doing DB bench, since I dont have time to get into the gym at my school. When I got off of normal bench, I began DB bench.

Powercleans (Dumbell): 33% to 40 lbs each hand

Calf raises: 155% (Haha, this surprised me) from 90 lbs weight to 230 (This isnt including my own weight, which is 170 now)

Leg Press: Didnt record it, but I have gone up

Running time: Dropped 20 seconds on my mile time, and am .75 second faster in the 200M run

I can notice a LARGE difference in my appearance, as do other people. My body fat this entire time is around 8%.

I have seen the largest gains over the past week or so, after I started taking in whey protien as part of my diet, and weaning myself off of sugar like sodas.

What kind of gains did everyone here get? Anthing that helped you?

Went from 225 at 16 % bodyfat to 205 at about 8%. I'm 5'8.

I dont really remember the exact stats and as the changes havent been that dramatic, I think its better if I just put em in words:

Lost a couple of pounds bodyfat and now all my lifts are finally higher than before the 2 months lasting cutting diet :)

I don't really feel like posting out all my strength gains, but I gained 10 pounds of muscle.

made minimal gains on chest, but did okay in squats, cleans, and even pullups/chins. As for weight, ive only gained 10 lbs since last year, so this summer was maybe a couple of pounds tops.

hey, it sucks being a hardgainer ;)

My arms grew...They were 17 inches and now they are 17 1/2...Thats whats really good...

wow, honestly though - you are giving me more courage to work out again... I haven't had the chance to work out properly this summer. I worked too much and I had too many personnal things to solve. I pretty much lost more than anything this summer ... I was just doing maintenance more than anything.

I need to be more focus this fall.

20 pounds total. I was thin as a rail before. People can't believe how big I am, I'm getting compliments left and right and I notice my close friends looking at me differently.

I wasn't able to work out my arms because for much of the summer I had painful tendonitis. I've mostly fixed that, now, so I can start doing free weights for my shoulders/biceps/triceps.

I did add about 20-30 pounds to the bench at my maximum.

gained 20 lbs on what I was workin out on bench

30 lbs on squat.

about 15 or so lbs of bodyweight... wasn't a really clean bulking diet, damn ;)

Didn't gain any weight... lost a few lbs of fat... got a bit stronger 300 bench, 600 squat, 360 dead

i don't FEEL as solid as I did b4... but i LOOK prettier.

You squat 600 yet dead 360?

Bodyweight: 180lbs
Height: 5"7'
Bodyfat: 11%
Age: 15

Beggining of August:
-Squat 225 x 5
-Deadlift 255 x 5
-Bench 80lbs DB for 5
-Close Grip Bench 185x4

Now:
-Squat 275x3 (with a box 1-2" below parallel), therefore my free squat is roughly 300x3 below parallel
-Deadlift 300x4 (Short arms, I hate it)
-Bench 90lbs DB for 4 (215x4 barbell, close to 225x3-4 now)
-Close Grip Bench 200x4

added 14 lbs, about 9 of that is muscle... maybe 8, I'm not sure. I went and lost a load of weight when I got ill.

I've added about 35lbs on all my big lifts.
