Hey djs. Just recently I was working out my biceps and I think I did something wrong. Everytime I do something like lifiting heavy the back of my head hurts alot. It says like this for a while to.It also happens when I masturbate for some reason? I dont think Ill be lifting any time soon. What is wrong and how can I make it better?

Weird.

My bet is some sort of tension in your neck and back. I used to get a whole load of headaches and it stopped when I began to massage my own neck and shoulders. It's not the most efficent way, but check it out, it might help.

Well if its occuring when you masterbute to its clearly an excertion headache.

I have had the exast same problem. As soon as you start to excercise you get a opunding headache.

At the time I had a cold and I put it down to not be able to breathe too easily.

Take a week off training and come back to it.

You should be fine.
