Currently trying to shed some pounds, but running out of foods to eat, besides chicken breast, tuna, oatmeal. & egg whites, it's also tough to feel full while restricting carbs, I am used to eating rice or potatoes with my meals

any suggestions?

I bought some BBQ relish the other day. Its relatively low n calories and goes well with chicken, rice etc to spicen things up.
