What's this good fats business? People say take some "rapeseed" oil or some shyt. Why do you need good fats when bulking? I've got my carbs and protein sorted, just don't understand the fats. Don't you get enough fats in with the meals you eat anyway? Thanks.

Don't forget to rape the seed first. The semen produces a chemical reaction with the omega-3 fats to produce the best oil in the world. You absolutly need this for bulking.

Flax Seed Oil

Go get yourself some liquid flax seed oil which is one of the best sources of good fats omega 3 and 6.

All fat but transfat is good for you, even saturated fat. It's the quantity that counts - too much or too little are both bad. Generally weight lifters will supliment with certain unsaturated fats because it is not a part of their regular diet.
