What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

you've got 4 exercises for biceps and 2 for back. Let's get our priorities straight. Add some deadlifts and squats. But other than that, just get in the gym and do it. Good luck.

How could HIIT be "slightly" overrated? Even if it was "slightly" overrated, that "slightly" would give it it's edge. HIIT is not overrated, it works great and in most cases much better at burning fat than standard 45-60 minute cardio. Not only that, it doesn't last 45-60 minutes so you are in and out. Just as with using heavy weights for lifting rather than lighter weights.

Work = Time x Intensity

Push harder in less time. Besides HIIT does increase metabolism throughout the day. Even if it WERE just SLIGHTLY overrated, which it isn't, would you rather waste your time doing anything else?

Thanks guys. Keep in mind, I don't have access to a public gym, but I have a bench, dumbbells, an elliptical, and one of those home gym things at home. Hence...all the exercises revolve around the equipment I have.

Squats.....I read somewhere that they inhibit growth. So I stopped doing them. I used to carry 2 watermelons and do squats...broke one by accident.
