anyways.. my hair is starting to go blonde.....
first it was the hairs on my arm.. ALL of them are blonde now.
Then the hair on my head... Ive been getting it cut every month or so.. but it still gets so much sun that a lot of it gets sorta blonde. some of it is completely blonde. I like my dark hair(brown) i dont want the blonde hair :/.
Even on my eyebrows their going blonde.. which is ****ed up cuz thats permanent isnt it?

What should i do? Ive heard theirs like sunblock for your hair lol?

You know, pal... 99% of people gots dark hair. You should be lucky to have blonde hair!

If you don´t want your hair to get blonder, wear a hat. I wear the traditional hat when I´m on the beach... not to prevent my hair becoming blonde, but to prevent headache. People say I look stupid with the hat but I don´t care :D

I know some girls use normal UV protection for their eyebrows with high UV-X to prevent from sunburn. Maybe help for you too?

How can your hair be going blonde?

I have black hair and sure would like for it to be lighter.

Is it really just the sun or what is it cos I want to do it.

Hair goes blonde, not because of excessive sunlight but because of salt in the ocean.

We surf all the time and its common to see brown hair go blonde over a year or so.

Generally the color goes back to its origal state when surfing is stopped, again this takes time.

I hope you find this helpful.

It's not permanent. It will go back to a darker color when you head back to school and cannot spend the same time in the water.

I have dark brown hair but a ton of it has become blond recently from surfing.

Strap it to your head with duct tape. Right under the chin. Then it wont come off.

Alternatively, just enjoy the fact that you dont look like 99% of men out there. people actually PAY to have their hair have strips of blonde in it.

If you really have that much of a problem with it, a bandana would be better than a hat [for staying on purposes]. I used to do some surfing and wore it to avoid headaches, but it always stayed on. Just tie it tight.
