Blemishes

I'm pretty sure this would be a health topic, otherwise feel free to move it.

To the point, I get pimple-like blemishes on my upper chest, and I'd really like to get rid of them. I shower every day, twice if I'm going out, I don't eat greasy foods, I 'm not going through puberty, any suggestions on treating them? Really no one notices them but me, even in bed, but my self esteem is boosted the better I look ;)

Ironic. I came here for the same thing. Im not sure if its exactly the same but hear me out.

I have bumps on my upper arms(triceps). I have had them forever but now that I am in good shape I want to get rid of them. They look kinda like the bumps women get on their legs if they shave near their ankles except I dont shave my arms. They dont hurt itch or bother me at all. Im wondering if their is any cream or anything that could get rid of them?

I get those too. One (well, a few) things I've done have seemed to work:

- When in the shower, use a loofah, washcloth, or other means of removing dead skin

- I use Nature's Cure, but I'm sure any acne product would work

- Use it twice a day

I've done that and have only spots on my back left.

skel: i have them too!!!! i went to the doctor about them a few years ago (actually about something else. but i asked while i was there) he said they were called milia and he said its nothing to worry about and that there aint really much you can do...
BUUT....my dad had the same thing and he took cod liver oil tablet for ages and his seemed to go down.
ive been taking some for a while..and mine have gone down but they are still there...

thanks for the reply. Im not so sure if its milia. The link describes them as white but they seem to be dark or red.
