Ok guys. I posted up a profile couple weeks ago to rent outta room in my house. I had some interviews today, and i had this really hot babe!!!. she came inside with a skirt dressed all slutty.

i got hard quick. she look around and liked my house. i have 3 bedrroom 2 bath. she would get her own bath and room. NOW, she is a bartender and i leary of these women. I dont want her to bring home barflys and screw them in my house disrespecting me! I dont want to hear noises keeping me up at nite. Its just tempting. should i tell her no, or let her in. i dont mind hitting it a few times. she is fine though

what are some guidline i should use on her?

Honest to God, man. If you think she's a slut, don't let her live in your house. Fvcking problematic.

Otherwise, invite her over for a party and tap that ass. 'Problem' solved. It's a hell of alot easier to let people move in than it is to get them the hell out if it turns sour.

You're running the risk of her doing all the above, by the nature of her job and the way she dressed going to this little interview. Notice whether she took her shoes of before entering, small details like that will help in your judgement. Also girls like this are more willing to trade sex for rent if they have difficulties meeting their payments. It's not worth the hit on your mortgage if you have one.

anyway, my advice is to ditch her, find out where she works and sarge her there. "Hey aren't you the girl that wanted a room"

Renting out your place is a business, don't let a girl get in the way of money. So what if she's hot, doesn't mean you'll get her.

sounds like a great oportunity. honestly i'd never go for it cuz it's just plain stupid.

living w/someone under the same roof and seeing them everyday is a lot worse than seeing them sparingly.

#2 you guys see each other everyday, that it's practically hard to grow interest in each other.

If i were to have a roomate, i would find an acquaintance or a stranger. having a best friend as a roomate would kill the fun in hanging out honestly. cuz we just plain "hang out" enough or see too much of each other everyday, that eventually we slowly become acquantances..

but hey if u wanna use her to improve your game or hangout w/her everynow adn then on weekends i dont think it would be a b ad idea.

but as oneitis, it would be bad to have her around.

i say this cuz having someone around will just make evvverything more stale and boring cuz u guys see each other so often.

Dont think (or even ask) that she'll go out with you if you let her be your new roomie...it's AFC.

Besides hot chicks are pleasing to the eye the first few times around, after awhile they look and act like every other chick out there.....almost like porn, cant watch the same porn tape everytime now can we?

Having said that...
From personal experience I can tell you that living wiht a bastard roomie whom you can't stand will make your life a living hell day to night. Hence choose wisely... note that bartenders are supposed to look good in short/tight outfits, just as McDonalds workers are supposed to wear their uniform. That doesn't make them sluts but one wonders...
