“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on a decent swimming workout. Here's the deal:

I am going away tomorrow to the shore. I am not going to run on the boardwalk because of the mass of people. However, I will have access to a swimming pool so I am planning on doing a morning workout every day in it. My problem is, I never did a swimming workout before. I know how to swim, that's about it.

I am thinking it wouldn't be good to just swim back and forth because I will just get tired fast, so what do you guys suggest? Any input is appreciated.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Hmmm...it's probably a good work out simply swimming back and forth for a while if it makes you tired fast. I'm sure, after some time, you'll be able to swim for a longer period of time than when you're just starting out.

Good luck!

For the most part, any pool shorter than 25 yards isn't going to be much worth your time, and I don't know of any people around here that have 25 yard-long private pools.

Even just tiring yourself out is going to do you more good than just sitting around, at any rate.
