some times my hands just turn purple and get really cold and i dont know why. Is there any way to make my hands turn back to normal?

Sounds like your blood circulation is off. How often do you excercise and how healthy would you describe your diet?

i get exercise probably every day, but my diet isnt that great. i eat a lot of snack foods and not much "good" food.

you need magnesium. that's all.

either you eat a lot of chocolate and fish or pick some magnesium supplement tablets at the drugs store. ask something with B6 vitamin, because B6 helps the body to take the magnesium.

and do some f*ckin cardio.
